“ 8/21- this place is back to gaining better quality. The nachos were really flavorful and the organization was better. 4/20- This a hidden gem in old lewisville. I discovered this place 5 years ago, and I wish I did sooner. Food is great, lunch is authentic, and portions are the right size. The owner is friendly and is usually the first person you see. Breakfast tacos, or burritos are stomach fillers. Their lunch nachos are great. Never disappointed. ”
“ Great service and even better food. Love the Shrimp Diablo has a lot of heat it’s my go to, they have good salsa especially the really spicy one.I come here often, you won’t be disappointed. The beef fajitas tacos and burritos are good. The Fish tacos are good as well. ”
“ Update - we went again this week and were again super pleased with the food and service! One of the owners was there at the counter greeting folks as they came in. When we got there I mentioned I had to look at my review and he said "Oh, was that you that left one about 2 months ago?". We talked a little about that and then he suggested two new dishes for us. We had the Enchiladas Potosinas and fish plate. We, again, were not disappointed!! Great flavors and incredibly fresh. This spot can be super busy, but well worth the trip. Such amazing food and incredibly nice people. Thank you again!! We were looking for a new spot for Mexican food, so we tried Martinez Grill & Taqueria. Wow, are we glad we did! Food was delicious and everyone working there was so nice! We had the chimichanga, fried fish tacos, monterrey chicken, and churros. Everything tasted super fresh, and flavor profiles were spot on. We loved the red salsa so much that we took a Pint home. Even the queso was great. Only the rice was a little crunchy but easily forgotten, considering everything else was amazing! ”

It’s also really close to the hospital (3 minutes away) if your looking for a quick bit outside of the hospital cafeteria. :) ”
